Sofía Jeans for Walmart

Hi friends! I am so excited to be partnering with Walmart to share with you some very affordable pieces! The Sofía Jeans by Sofía Vergara was released a few weeks ago exclusively at Walmart and it's such a great line that celebrates every shape and style! The line has everything from jeans, tops, skirts, etc. One of my favorite items from the line is the Marianella Soft Stretch Washed Denim Jacket.  I have styled it along with the Dream Believe Do Short Sleeve V-Neck Graphic Tee and  what a perfect match, right?!

What I love about this line is the quality, affordability, and how these pieces are meant to inspire confidence, no matter your shape and size! The sizes run from XS-XXXL and the price point range is from $14-$40. Yes, you read that right, $40 is the most you will pay for one item from the collection! I don't know about you but I love the sound of that! Walmart also offers free 2-day shipping for orders over $35, so that makes it even more affordable. 

You know I am all about that casual style, so I decided to style the Marianella Soft Stretch Washed Denim Jacket and the Dream Believe Do Short Sleeve V-Neck Graphic Tee  with a pair of leggings to give it that casual, weekend look. You could totally dress this look up with a pair of heels and white denim, which would look just as cute! I went with an XS in the Marianella Soft Stretch Washed Denim Jacket  and a small in the Dream Believe Do Short Sleeve V-Neck Graphic Tee for a more oversized fit. Both fit true to size with a little extra room. I could have done the XS in the Dream Believe Do Short Sleeve V-Neck Graphic Tee but I like my graphic tees a little oversized for a more casual look.

DENIM- 

This is a mix of jeans, denim skirts, denim shorts, and denim jackets. I have not worn the jeans but I have heard they run a tad bit big but are super comfortable and stretchy.

TOPS-

This is a mix of blouses and tees. The graphic tee I have is super soft and great quality!

Wear it Wednesday // Spring and Summer Sweaters

Happy Wednesday, friends! It's been awhile! We have been so super busy lately that I caused me to be MIA on the blog. From basketball and baseball practice/games, mom life, and planning our trip to Chicago, I just did not have the time to actually sit and write a blog post. Things are going to start slowing down around here so hopefully I will be back on schedule.

Our trip to Chicago was so much fun! We love visiting there and find something different to do each time we go. This time we went to a Chicago Bulls game, which was a blast! We our die hard basketball fans in our household so everyone really enjoyed it. Even though it was a short trip (24 hours to be exact, HA!) I packed like three outfits. I have to say my favorite look of the trip was definitely the one I am featuring today...black denim with a lightweight striped sweater. Can't go wrong with stripes, am I right!?

Did you know that sweaters aren't just for fall and winter? Yep, I wear them year round except my chunky knits because those are more for fall and winter. Light weight sweaters are so perfect to transition into spring and continue throughout summer. I think they look so cute with white denim or a pair of denim shorts. Even though it was a little colder than I expected in Chicago, this sweater was so perfect to wear.

I usually tend to lean more towards pastel and bright colored sweaters for spring and summer because you don't want those neutrals to wash you out too much in the warmer months. If I do go for neutrals it will have some type of pattern, like the stripes on this sweater. I did pair it with black denim because it was rainy out, so white would have been a mess. Pairing this sweater with white denim, denim shorts, or just plain ole denim would look cute as well! The different ways to wear this sweater is endless. It will definitely be on repeat this year!
